The Iniesta Test consists of 5 different juggling exercises:
- Juggle on the foot, then the thigh of the other foot, then let the ball bounce & repeat
- A small round robin: right foot – right thigh – left thigh – left foot – then let the ball bounce & repeat
- A big round robin: right foot – right thigh – header – left thigh – left foot – then let the ball bounce & repeat
- Juggle on the foot, then the chest, then let the ball bounceĀ & repeat
- Juggle on the foot, then the head, then let the ball bounceĀ & repeat
Execute every juggling exercise during 60 seconds. Count every successfully executed exercise and make the sum.
TIP: register test results over time (once per month) & keep track of progress.
