1. Touch, shift & shoot

From a few meters outside of the box: pass to rebounder / coach in the middle in front of goal. Pass comes back. Control the ball. Touch 45 degrees forward left / right, shift and shoot.
10 reps on left foot & 10 reps on right foot.

2. Directional touch & shoot

From a few meters outside of the box: pass to rebounder / coach in the middle in front of goal. Pass comes back. Directional touch 45 degrees forward left / right, shift and shoot.
10 reps on left foot & 10 reps on right foot.

3. Touch in stride & finish

From a few meters outside of the box: pass to rebounder / coach 45° to the left / right of the center. Pass comes back in an angle. Directional touch forward through a gate. Take the ball in your stride & finish.
10 reps on left foot & 10 reps on right foot.

4. First time finish

From a few meters outside of the box: pass to rebounder / coach 45° to the left / right of the center. Pass comes back in an angle. Directly shoot the ball with the inside of the foot to guide it into the corners of the goal.
10 reps on left foot & 10 reps on right foot.

5. Angled first time finish

At the 16 yard line of the box: pass to rebounder / coach 90° to the left / right side. Wrap hips around the goal.
10 reps on left foot & 10 reps on right foot.

6. Dribble & shoot

From a few meters outside of the box: quick dribble through 2 cones that are 1 meter apart. Get the ball close and get the shot off quickly.
10 reps on left foot & 10 reps on right foot.

7. Through ball finish

Rebounder / coach at the top of the box & player 45° to the left / right side. Pass to the rebounder / coach. Ball comes back at an angle. Accelerate onto the ball and finish across goal.
10 reps on left foot & 10 reps on right foot.

8. Spin & shoot

Rebounder / coach at the top of the box & player in front with an arrow head behind the player. Pass to the rebounder / coach with the back to goal. Receive back to goal. Spin and finish within 2 or 3 strides.
10 reps on left foot & 10 reps on right foot.

9. Over the shoulder

Rebounder / coach at the top of the box & player 45° to the left / right side. Pass to the rebounder / coach. Ball comes back in the air. Player runs into the goal and the ball goes over the shoulder. Control & finish.
10 reps on left foot & 10 reps on right foot.

10. First time volleys

Player at the top of the box. Pass to the rebounder / coach 45° to the left / right side. Ball comes back in the air at 45° angle to the goal. Finish with a volley.
10 reps on left foot & 10 reps on right foot.
