  • start from gate – weaving 5 cones – go around top cone – weave again – stop ball in the gate

  • Pass inside foot – control outside foot around a cone
  • Pass outside foot – control inside foot around a cone
  • Control mid-high ball – pass ball back

Finishing

  • From different angles — Wall pass – first touch to get passed a cone & finish on goal
  • Side volley on mid-high ball
