How to become more mentally resilient:

  • Focus on what you can control such as your first touch into space and your shot.
  • Keep repeating and training what you want to be able to do in a match. Train to improve and increase your confidence.
  • Practice positive self-talk, especially after making a mistake. Imagine pushing a reset button to clear your mind after making a mistake.
