The Iniesta Test consists of 5 different juggling exercises:

  1. Juggle on the foot, then the thigh of the other foot, then let the ball bounce & repeat
  2. A small round robin: right foot – right thigh – left thigh – left foot – then let the ball bounce & repeat
  3. A big round robin: right foot – right thigh – header – left thigh – left foot – then let the ball bounce & repeat
  4. Juggle on the foot, then the chest, then let the ball bounce & repeat
  5. Juggle on the foot, then the head, then let the ball bounce & repeat

Execute every juggling exercise during 60 seconds. Count every successfully executed exercise and make the sum.

TIP: register test results over time (once per month) & keep track of progress.
